We Need Volunteers!
We’re always looking for people to help coordinate the volunteer effort on the day, including organizing auction items, helping at the ticket booth, and serving drinks at the drinks stand. There are endless ways you can help! Here is the link to sign up to volunteer: https://www.signupgenius.com/
Duties includes:
- Coordinating volunteer efforts to ensure smooth running.
- BBQ setup in the lead-up to the event, serving drinks at the drink booth on the day.
- Manning the ticket booth/welcoming visitors under entry.
- Retrieving food products and ice for BBQ teams when necessary.
- Identifying opportunities for sponsorships and teams.
