  • Ingredient List

    1. Your team's entry fee covers charcoal, lighter fluid, kosher sauce and rub ingredients and the following:
      • With your own grill/smoker: Brisket (approx 28 lbs per team), Chicken (10 chickens per team), Fish (2 or 3 per team), Beans (10 lbs per team).
      • With CAA grill/smoker: Brisket (approx 14 lbs per team), Chicken (5 chickens per team), Fish (2 or 3 per team), Beans (10lbs per team).
    2. All meat and ingredients are being purchased by the Kosher BBQ Committee.
    3. Any “special” top-secret ingredients that you don't want revealed and added to the pantry, including liquor, for your team's Kosher BBQ recipe are your team's responsibility and must be Kosher (non-dairy) and approved by the Rabbi before the seal is broken. *NO EXCEPTIONS!*

  • Please list your required items from the pantry list above including the EXACT quantity of these items that you will require. Reminder that anything other than these items will need to be provided by your team and approved by the Rabbi at the Thursday night team meeting. All items MUST BE KOSHER and have a Heckscher on them.
